Temitayo is a seasoned legal practitioner with years of experience in legal practice, he has vast experience in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law, including Business Structuring.
He is a skilful trial lawyer with special interests in Litigation, Energy, Healthcare Law and Transactional/Insolvency practice as well as Public Law and Policy Development.
He has represented Clients in all Courts and Tribunals within Nigeria and has extensive experience in various areas of trial practice. One of his most recent appearance as Lead Counsel, in the highly celebrated case of Spog Petrochemicals Ltd And Pan Peninsula Logistics Ltd (2018) 1NWLR (PT 1600) @ 321 wherein the Court of Appeal upheld his argument on the controversial pre-action protocol form of the Lagos State High Court of Justice.
Before joining the firm, Temitayo worked at Jackson Etti and Edu and at Jireh & Greys Attorneys.
He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and several other legal associations.
