Osahon was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988 and is currently an active member of both the Nigerian and International Bar Associations. He is a consummate litigator who has served as State Counsel in Civil Litigation in the office of the Federal Attorney General and Minister of Justice. He has represented clients in all courts and tribunals within Nigeria and has extensive experience in various areas of trial practice. He is an analytical and seasoned professional who has served as Counsel on several landmark cases.
He also has particular expertise in structuring complex, financial transactions and project finance.
